4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction And Installation Works, Including Improving The Aesthetics Of The Facade Of The Building Of The Social Welfare Home For Veterans In Biłgoraj By Cleaning And Painting It, And Expanding The Stormwater Network By Constructing Sections Of The Sewage System With A Connection To Downpipes To Existing Rainwater Wells/Inlets Located On The Investors Plot, With The Aim Of Improving The Existing Stormwater Drainage System. The Entire Surface Of The Facade Is Subject To Renovation Due To Its Contamination By Lichen, Moss, Numerous Plaster Defects And Cracks. The Façade Should Be Cleaned Of Dirt, Primed And Painted Twice. The Plinth Part Made Of Ceramic Tiles Is Not Subject To Renovation.4.2. The Building Of The Social Welfare Home For Veterans Is A Five-Story, Medium-Rise Building Classified As A Zl Ii Human Hazard Category. The Main Entrance Is On The North Side. The Entrances To The Building Are Paved With Concrete Blocks, There Are Parking Spaces And An Access Road On The Plot. The Plot Covered By The Investment Includes The Following Installations: Water Supply, Sanitary Sewage, Rainwater, Telecommunications, Gas, Electricity.4.4.
