On The Ground Floor, The Wastewater Is Led Via Underground Pipes To The Outside Area, Which Is Not Part Of This Award Unit. The Underground Pipes Outside The Building Are Not Part Of The Scope Of Services. The Pipes Within The Building Are Made Of Pp. The Equipment Includes Common Sanitary Objects And Fittings Such As Toilets, Washbasins And Sinks. The Drinking Water Installation Covers The Supply Of The Entire Building. Fittings, Sanitary Objects And Concealed Elements Are Part Of This Award Unit. The Drinking Water Pipes Are Made Of Stainless Steel. Fire Protection Measures And Insulation Of The Pipes Are Also Part Of The Scope Of Services. The Drinking Water Pipes Are Insulated With Elastomer Foam. A Ve System Is Provided For The Duct Humidifier Of The Ventilation System. Hot Water Is Prepared Decentrally Via Instantaneous Water Heaters, Which Are Installed According To Requirements.
