Procurement Description We Are Asking You For An Offer For The Renovation Work And Furniture In The Service Area Of The Kerava City Library. The Work Includes The Work And Furniture In Place According To The Attached Plans, With The Exception Of Electrical Work. Visiting The Site Is Possible On 5 And 6 April. From 1 Pm To 4 Pm. Arrange A Familiarization Visit In Advance With Pirjo Pajarinen, Tel. 040 318 2243. Timetable: The Manufacture Of The Furniture Must Start On 3 August - 3 September 2026 And Be Completed According To The Phasing Diagram For The Installation Of The Furniture. See The Attachment. The Site Must Be Completely Ready By December 18, 2026. The Library Will Be Open Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, Which Must Be Taken Into Account In The Scheduling Of The Work And Site Traffic. The Contractor Is Responsible For Demarcating The Construction Area And The Area Used By Customers With Protective Walls. The Contractors Working Hours In The Library Premises Are From 7:30 A.M. To 7:30 P.M. On Weekdays. All Cleaning And Waste Costs Arising From Demolition And Construction Work Are Paid By The Contractor. The Furniture Is Manufactured In The Contractors Own Premises And Brought To The Site According To The Schedule In The Attached Phasing Diagram. The Contract Includes All Transportation Costs And The Installation Of The Furniture In Place With Attachments.
