Concrete Work – Sv-Cmü-260420-005 - Pasing Substation - Demolition And New Construction Of Transformer Chambers, Expanded Shell Construction. The Pasing Substation (Uw Pas) Is An Existing Building From The 1970S, Which Was Built In A Reinforced Concrete Frame Construction With A Gas-Concrete Curtain Wall. The Currently Open Transformer Chambers Are Located To The West Of The Building. The Scope Of Services Relates Exclusively To The Renewal Of The Transformer Stands - The Existing Substation Will Be Partially Renovated By Swm In Parallel Measures. The Substation Is In Ongoing Operation, Even During Construction Work. The Construction Project Includes The Demolition Of The Existing Transformer Chambers And The Construction Of New Transformer Chambers. The Work Will Be Carried Out In Three Construction Phases, Each Time Staggered. The 4 Transformer Chambers In The Basement Consist Of An Oil Pan As A Waterproof Construction With An Approx. 1.50 M Thick Base Plate. The Chambers Above Are Designed With Load-Bearing Reinforced Concrete Walls, Prestressed Concrete Ceilings And Visible Masonry And Exposed Concrete Surfaces. The Excavation Pit Is Secured Using Special Foundation Engineering With Bored Piles (Not Part Of The Service).
