The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of Small Architectural Objects In The Form Of A Bicycle Town Together With An Ecological And Educational Avenue At The Primary School. Mikołaja Kopernika In Lubawa, Ul. Rzepnickiego 7, 14-260 Lubawa. The Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Preparation Of The Area, Trenching The Ground For The Squares Foundation Layers, Profiling And Compacting The Subsoil, 2) Framing The Bicycle Square With Edges, 3) Constructing Layers For The Surface Of The Bicycle Town Square, 4) Constructing A Surface With Concrete Paving Stones, 5) Marking By Painting: - Road Routes Of The Bicycle Town, - Horizontal Markings On The Roadways Of Bicycle Paths, - Pictograms Of Road Signs,6) Delivery And Installation Of Motion Games,7) Delivery Of Motion Signs - 18 Pieces,8) Construction Of An Educational Path With Installation Of Small Architecture Devices,9) Development Of Green Areas.2. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Specified In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works Referred To In Art. 103 Section 1 Of The Act. Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, And Bill Of Quantities (Auxiliary Appendix) Constitute Annex No. 9 To Swz.3. The Ordering Party Obliges The Contractor To Manage - On Its Own And At Its Own Expense - All Spoil From Earthworks And Demolition Works (The Ordering Party Does Not Indicate The Place Of Disposal Of The Spoil).4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Waive Part Of The Scope Of Work - Up To A Maximum Of 10% Of The Amount Specified In The Contractors Offer. In Such A Situation, The Contractors Final Remuneration Will Be Reduced In Accordance With The Offer Cost Estimate Presented Before Signing The Contract.5. In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, The Ordering Party Has Defined Quality Standards That Relate To All Important Features Of The Subject Of The Order.6. The Purpose Of This Procedure Is To Obtain Construction Works Of The Quality Specified In The Swz. For These Reasons, The Ordering Party Has Exercised Due Diligence To Ensure That The Subject Of The Order Is Not Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Could Lead To Privilege Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products. If, Despite This, It Turns Out That Such Indications Appear Anywhere In The Swz And In Its Annexes, They Should Not Be Treated As Requirements Relating To The Subject Of The Contract, And Should Be Considered Only As Indications Of An Informative Nature (Not Binding On Contractors) And Such Cases Of Indication Of Proper Names With Clear Information That A Given Device/Material Is Only An Example.7.
