1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Medical Gases, Including: Package No. 1: Medical Oxygen With Transport, Lease Of A Liquid Oxygen Tank And Lease Of A Cylinder; 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 2.1 Package No. 1: 2.1.1 Delivery, Assembly And Connection (To The Existing Installation) Of An Oxygen Tank With A Capacity Of 5,000 Liters Along With Equipment And Its Commissioning To The Ordering Party. The Tank Will Be Installed In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, On A Concrete Slab With Dimensions Of 4.02 M X 4.60 M (Area Fenced With A Mesh), And Training Of The Ordering Partys Employee In The Scope Of The Rational Operating Capacity Of The Tank Will Be Carried Out. The Scope Of The Order Includes:• Lease Of An Oxygen Tank With A Capacity Of 5,000 Liters Along With Equipment For A Period Of 12 Months;• Technical Supervision Of The Tank In Accordance With Applicable Law;• Successive Delivery Of Liquid Oxygen - The Expected Amount Within 12 Months Is 85 Tons - Based On Telephone Orders Made By The Ordering Party, All Transport Costs Related To The Supply Of Liquid Oxygen Are Borne By The Contractor;• Ensuring Continuity Of Supplies Of Medical Oxygen During Repairs, Switchovers, Inspections And Other Operations Requiring The Shutdown Of The Tank Or Evaporators; • In The Event Of A Tank Failure, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver, Within No More Than 12 Hours From The Ordering Partys Notification, 40-Liter Oxygen Cylinders, In The Amount Specified By The Hospital Employee, Ensuring The Continuity Of The Hospitals Operation. Estimated Quantity 24 Cylinders/Day; • The Ordering Party Requires The Installation Of A Telemetric Device For Reading The Amount Of Oxygen In The Tank; • The Ordering Party Imposes An Obligation To Replace Any Defective Valves, Reducers, Manometers, Etc. At The Tank Owned By The Contractor At Each Request Of The Ordering Party; 2.1.2 Successive Delivery Of Medical Oxygen To Cylinders For Cylinders With An Ordinary Standard Valve - Expected Quantity Over A Period Of 12 Months In The Price Calculation - Based On Telephone Or E-Mail Orders Made By The Ordering Party. 2.1.3 Lease Of Cylinders: • 25 Pieces Of Cylinders 40 L• 10 Pieces Of 10 L Cylinders• 10 Pieces Of 5 L Cylinders• 35 Pieces Of 2 L3 Cylinders.
