The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Provision Of Active Protection Services Within The Water Reservoir Of The Nowa Huta Lagoon, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project Entitled: Protection Of The Biodiversity Of The Nowa Huta Lagoon In Krakow, For The Urban Greenery Management Board In Krakow. 1.1 The Order Is Co-Financed By European Funds Under The European Funds For Małopolska 2021-2027 Program, In Accordance With The Contract Femp.02.14-Iz.00-0083/25-00-Xxi/232/Fe/25. 1.2 The Scope Of Services Includes In Particular Activities Within The Nowa Huta Reservoir, On An Area Of ​​7.06 Ha, On Plot No. 199/1, Rev. Nh-44, Nowa Huta Registration Unit, In Accordance With Annex No. 3 To The Opz. 1.3 The Activities Will Consist In Removing Silt From The Bottom Of The Reservoir, Restoring The Buffer Vegetation Zone And Vegetation Permanently Immersed In Water - In The Substrate Supporting Phosphorus Binding Processes, And Shaping And Securing The Shores Of The Island. 1.4 The Service Will Include In Particular: 1.4.1 Removal Of Silt, Sediments And All Types Of Waste And Garbage From The Bottom Of The Reservoir To The Mineral Layer, Including The Construction Of A Sedimentation Deepening (So-Called Deep Pocket) When Water Flows Into The Lagoon, 1.4.2 Drainage And Management Of The Extracted Material In Geotextile Depositors (Or Other Technology) With Water Recovery And Its Discharge To The Reservoir Technological Gutter, 1.4.3 Restoration Of A Zone Of Buffer Vegetation (Approx. 2,500 M²) And Permanently Submerged Vegetation (Approx. 8,400 M²) In A Specialized Substrate Supporting Phosphorus Binding, Along With Securing The Plantings With A Steel Mesh, 1.4.4 Shaping And Profiling The Shores Of The Island And Protecting Them Against Erosion And Waves Using Coconut Vegetation Mats, 1.4.5 Activities Within The Ichthyofauna, Including Assessment Of The Fish Community, Selective Harvest Of Herbivorous And Planktivorous Species And Preparation Of An Ichthyological Report, 1.4.6 Monitoring Of Water Quality (Laboratory Tests Before And After The Works) And Execution Of The Order Under Constant Environmental Supervision, In Accordance With The Decision Of The Regional Directorate For Environmental Protection, 1.4.7 Preparation Of The Work Area (Including The Technical Road And Markings) And Full Recultivation And Restoration Of The Reservoir Surroundings To Original Condition After Completion Of The Works. 1.5 The Contractor Must Offer A 12-Month Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Of The Order, With: 1.5.1 At Least 12-Month Warranty Period For Plantings, 1.5.2 At Least 12-Month Warranty Period For Safety Nets And Bank Reinforcements. 1.6 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 7 To The Swz.
