Within The Project: Increasing The Resilience Of The Food Chain To The Complex Challenges Of The Modern World, Smis Code 329011, Financing Contract No. 390080/03.11.2025, Carried Out By Incdtim Cluj Napoca As Coordinator, It Is Desired To Purchase A State-Of-The-Art Ea-Gc-Irms Isotopic Ratio Mass Spectrometer, Intended For The Determination Of Stable Isotope Ratios: Carbon (13C/12C), Nitrogen (15N/14N), Sulfur (34S/32S), Oxygen (18O/16O) And Hydrogen (2H/1H), According To The Requirements Of The Specification, In Order To Successfully Implement The Activities And Sub-Activities Within The Project, In Order To Achieve The Objectives Of The Research Project. The System Must Allow: A) Bsia Type Analyzes (Bulk Stable Isotope Ratio Analysis), Performed By An Elemental Analyzer Connected To The Irms; B) Csia Type Analyzes (Compound Specific Isotope Analysis), Performed By Gas Chromatograph Coupled To Irms. General Requirements Of The System: A) Fully Integrated And Irms Compatible System - Elemental Analyzer - Gas Chromatograph; B) Continuous Flow Operation; C) Mandatory Isotopic Determination For: Carbon (¹³C/¹²C), Nitrogen (¹⁵N/¹⁴N), Sulfur (³⁴S/³²S), Oxygen (¹⁸O/¹⁶O) And Hydrogen (2H/1H), Both In The Bsia And Csia Regimes (Where Applicable); D) Analysis Of Solid And Liquid Samples; E) Advanced Automation Of Analyzes And Centralized Control Through Software; F) Delivery, Installation, Commissioning, Testing And Training Included In The Price; The Equipment Will Be Used Within The Activities Of The Project Aimed At Fulfilling The Following Specific Objectives: Os1. The Development Of Three Safe And Sustainable Food Product Ranges (Such As Cheeses) For A Healthy Diet, Pursuing A Balance Between Demand And Resources, As Well As The Connectivity Of Food - Diet - Individual Health. Os3. Development Of A Service For The Superior Valorization Of Local Raw Materials Through The Isotopic And Elemental Fingerprint.
