The Subject Of The Order Is Thermal Modernization Of The Municipal Building In Wiklino No. 30 Along With Changing The Heat Source, Implemented Under The Regional Program European Funds For Pomerania 2021-2027 Measure 2.3. Energy Efficiency - Iti Outside The Tri-City Metropolitan Area As Part Of The Project Thermal Modernization Of Public Utility Buildings And Municipal Buildings In The Redzikowo Commune. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Documents: 1) Design And Technical Documentation (Architectural And Construction Design, Electrical And Sanitary Industry Designs), 2) Draft Contract. Thermal Modernization Of The Wiklino 30 Building Together With The Replacement Of The Heat Source Includes The Performance Of The Following Works (In Accordance With The Documentation Design And Technical): The Scope Of General Construction Works In The Existing Building Will Include In Particular: A) Disassembly Of Old And Installation Of New Windows, External Doors And Garage Gate Meeting Wt 2021, B) Insulation Of External Walls After Previously Dismantling The Existing Insulation Along With Rustications And Polystyrene Strips Around The Windows And External Doors, Replacement Of Gutters And Downspouts Along With Sheet Metal Works, C) Construction Of A New Roof Covering Including Insulation Of The Flat Roof With Polystyrene And Necessary Sheet Metal Work, Relocation Of The Lightning Protection System, Insulation Of The Ceiling Above The Ground Floord) Execution Of New Plasters Together With Mosaic Plaster (Plinth And Places After Dismantling The Rustication), E) Insulation And Insulation Of The Plinth With Foundations Along With The Band Around The Building, F) Replacement Of Balustrades And Canopies Over Balconies And Entrance Doors, Renovation Of Balconies, Renovation Of The Room Boiler Room, Disassembly And Assembly Of A New Ladder, Replacement Of External Lighting, G) Construction Of An Information Board On Co-Financing For Thermal Modernization. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide, Purchase, Manufacture And Install Information Boards Regarding Co-Financing Of The Implemented Tasks. The Costs Related To The Purchase, Manufacture, Assembly And Possible Dismantling Of Information Boards Are Borne By The Contractor And Should Be Included In The Offer Price.
