1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of Municipal Road No. 004111F In The Town Of Smogóry, In Accordance With The Scope Included In The Site Plan - Drawing No. 2.2. The Scope Of Works Includes The Reconstruction Of Municipal Road No. 004111F (Plot No. 197) With A Length Of Approx. 196 Meters, Including The Reconstruction Of Existing Intersections - With Road No. 004273F (Plot No. 223) And The Internal Road (Plot No. 199/2), As Well As The Construction Of New Exits To The Property And The Dismantling And Relocation Of A Sidewalk Made Of Concrete Cubes On Both Sides Of The Road. Paving (Intersection With Road 004273F, Plot No. 223 - Beginning Of The Study). 3. The Task Includes: A) Correction Of The Horizontal And Vertical Geometry Of The Road; B) Construction Of A New Road Structure With A Width Of 3.5-5 M From Eko Type Paving Stones; C) Construction Of Roadsides Up To 1.0 M Wide; D) Reconstruction Of Existing And Construction Of New Exits To Individual Properties Using Eko Type Paving Stones; E) Reconstruction Of Intersections; F) Implementation Of Designed Vertical Markings; G) Securing The Existing Networks In The Road; H) Carrying Out Finishing And Cleaning Works, Including Humusing Green Areas And Sowing With A Grass Mixture. 4. The Planned Reconstruction Is Aimed At Improving The Technical Parameters Of The Road, Giving It Permanent, Normative Geometric Values, Increasing Safety For All Road Users And Improving The Aesthetics Of The Reconstructed Communication System.5. Details Of The Design Solutions Are Included In The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz, Which Consists Of A Technical Design (Pt), A Permanent Traffic Organization Design (Sor), Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works By Stwiorb, Geotechnical Tests).6. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Above. Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 10 To Swz.7. Due To The Immediate Vicinity Of Residential Buildings, Construction Works Should Be Carried Out In Such A Way As To Ensure Access And Access For Residents To The Property Throughout The Duration Of The Works. 8. All Construction Works Causing Noise (Including Noise Emitted By Operating Machines And Devices Used During Construction) And Dust Generation Should Be Minimized And Carried Out Only During Daylight Hours.9. Construction Works Must Be Carried Out In Compliance With Health And Safety And Fire Protection Rules. And In A Way That Is As Least Intrusive As Possible And Does Not Disturb The Normal Functioning Of Residents.10. Any Actions Taken By The Contractor Resulting In The Suspension Of Water, Electricity, Etc. Supplies Or Blocking Residents Access To The Property Require Notification And Consent Of The Ordering Party.11. The Construction Works Covered By The Scope Of The Order Were Reported To The Appropriate Architectural And Construction Administration Authority.
