Description Purpose And Scope The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Cover The Need For Transport Services, Including Drivers And Helpers, To And From Day Activities And Senior Center Services In The District. This Agreement Is Valid Up To A Maximum Value Of Nok 6,000,000, Which Includes An Optional Extension Of 2 Years. The Estimate Is Indicative Only And Does Not Imply Any Obligation For The Client. There Is A Need For Transport Of Up To 19 People With Up To 4 Wheelchair Users. The Number Can Be Changed With Each New Order Placed Every Six Months. The Change Can Be Both A Reduction Of People In Need Of A Change In The Number Of Wheelchair Users, A Change In The Number To Be Transported Both In The Form Of A Reduction And An Increase. An Increase Will Normally Not Be More Than A Maximum Of 2 - 3 People. The Client Envisages That Two Vehicles Will Be Used For The Assignment. According To Rules In Oslo Municipality, None Of The Vehicles Can Use Fossil Fuel. In Addition To The Drivers, The Supplier Must Offer A Permanent Person/Helper Who Will Assist In Connection With The Transport Of The Users. An Attendant From The Day Center Will Also Assist With Transport. The District Orders Day Center Places Every Six Months According To The Districts Needs, And The District Will Notify The Carrier Of Any Changes When The Order Is Made. The District Has A Maximum Need For 12 Places At Sofienberg Day Center Plus An Attendant From The Day Center And 7 At Økern Day Center Plus An Attendant From The Day Center. However, This May Change Over Time. Refers To The Description Of The Change In The Number Of People In Need Of Transport Under Point One. In Total, Økern Day Center Has Day Places For 7 Users With Dementia, And Sofienberg Day Center Day Places For 12 Users. The Users Must Be Collected And Delivered On All Working Days Except Saturday And Sunday. The Provider Must Provide Daily Transport For The Elderly Between Residence And The Following Two Day Centres: Økern Day Center (Kingosgate Residential And Rehabilitation Centre), Kingosgate 14-16 Sofienberg Day Center (Sofienberg Centre), Helgesensgate 62. To And From Økern Day Centre: · At 0830 With 1 Bus That Picks Up Day Center Users At Their Homes And Drives Them To The Day Center Within Approx. At 0900. They Must Not Be Picked Up At Home Before 0830. · At 1400 They Are Picked Up By 1 Bus That Picks Up The Same People At The Day Center And Drives Them Home To And From Sofienberg Day Center · At 0900 With 1 Bus That Picks Up Day Center Users At Their Homes And Drives Them To The Day Center Within Approx. At 1000. · At 1445 They Are Picked Up By 1 Bus Which Picks Up The Same People At The Day Center And Drives Them Home. There Are Up To 19 People Each Day Who Must Be Picked Up And Driven To The Day Centre. The Number Going To Økern Day Center And Sofienberg Day Center Will Vary. The Parties To The Agreement Can Agree On Other Times. In The Event Of Changed Opening Hours, The Times For Driving To And From Can Be Changed Accordingly. Both Centers Are Closed All Weekends, Public Holidays, Christmas Eve And New Years Eve. In Advance Of The Assignment, Employees At The Day Centers Will Make The Supplier Aware Of The Needs Of The Individual User So That The Transport Can Be Adapted To This. It Could Be, For Example, Whether The User Uses A Wheelchair, Type Of Wheelchair, Possible Need For Stair Climbers, Need To Be Followed To The Front Door, Etc. The Supplier Will Receive Lists From The Day Centers With An Overview Of The Individual Users, Addresses, Any Changes To The Lists And Other Necessary Information About The Users. Some Waiting Time Must Be Expected In Connection With Collection, Because It Happens That Users Are Not Always Ready At The Right Time. It Will Vary Which Users Make Use Of The Offer, And For That Reason There Will Be Some Variation In Which Addresses The Drivers Must Pick Up And Deliver Users From. Not All Users Are Able To Walk To The Vehicles By Themselves. It Is Therefore Necessary That Users Are Picked Up As Close To The Front Door As Possible. Certain Users Also Have Dementia, And Must Be Accompanied To/From The Car And Their Own Home.
