Data-Processing Machines (Hardware) – Standard Workstation Desktops And Notebooks. Dataport Is Tendering A Framework Agreement For The Delivery Of Client Computer Hardware And Accessories For It Workstation Equipment. The Subject Of The Service Is A Delivery Service. The “Workplace Equipment” Service Is Provided By A Data Port Service Provider, The So-Called Multiple Supplier Integrator (Mli). An Operation Level Agreement (Ola) Must Be Concluded With The Mli, Which Includes The Delivery And Procurement Of The Hardware Via The Mli. The Contract Term Begins With The Award Of The Contract, But No Earlier Than January 1St, 2027 And Has A Term Of 4 Years. The Procurement Process Is Carried Out By Dataport In Order To Cover Its Own And Customer Needs. The Maximum Value To Be Stated In The Eu Notice For Framework Agreements Is 150% Of The Awarded Contract Value. This Means That The Client Will Request Services From This Framework Contract Up To A Maximum Of 150% Of The Total Offer Amount.
