Carpentry Services - Framework Agreement . Descriptionalta Municipality, Hereafter Referred To As The Client, Needs Carpentry Services To Carry Out Small And Medium-Sized Projects. We Have Chosen To Have Parallel Framework Agreements With 3 Suppliers. If One Of The Selected Suppliers Defaults On The Agreement, The Client Will Be Able To Sign An Agreement With The Next One On The List Within The Original Agreement Period. The Service Includes Maintenance, Ongoing Work, Planned Maintenance Jobs, Projects Of Various Sizes And Urgent Repairs. Estimated Value Of The Scheme Will Be Approx. Nok 1.5 Million Per Year, And 6 Million In 4 Years, Calculated On The Basis Of The Previous Years Cost. The Maximum Value Is Nok 10,000,000. Estimated Value Does Not Guarantee Order Volume For Any Suppliers. Call-Off Takes Place According To The Following Model: 3 Participants In The Agreement Initially Receive 1/3 Of The Turnover Each - Measured In Kroner. Availability, Competence, Experience And Who Has Previously Carried Out Work In Construction Will Be Able To Influence The Choice Of Supplier. It Will Also Be Possible To Hold Mini-Competitions Between The Agreements Participants For Assignments Above A Certain Size. Larger Assignments Will Be Able To Be Advertised In Separate Competitions.
