The Background For This Is The Poor Condition Of The Oslofjord. In 2020 – 2022, A Concept Selection Study (Kvu) Was Carried Out. The Concept Selection Investigation Included Both Alternative Solutions For Treatment Plants And Necessary Transmission Lines To The Alternative Concept Alternatives. Against The Background Of Recommendations From Kvu, A Similar Decision Was Made In The Municipal Councils Of Drammen, Lier And Asker Municipality (February/March 2023) That The Concept Of A Regional Treatment Plant In Nordbykollen Should Be Further Investigated In A Pre-Project Phase. The Preliminary Project And External Quality Assurance Of This For The Treatment Plant Have Been Carried Out In The Period 4Th Quarter 2023 Up To And Including 4Th Quarter 2025.
