Descriptionullrigg Test Centre, Utc, Is A Unique And Complete Full-Scale Test And Piloting Center For Technology, Systems, Methods And Solutions Within Drilling And Well Activities. Ullrigg Test Center Will Acquire A New Hydraulic Power Unit (Hpu) For Operating Equipment At The Drilling And Test Facility. The Existing Hpu Has Insufficient Capacity, Lacks Modern Interlocks And Does Not Meet Todays Noise And Safety Requirements. The Delivery Shall Include: Engineering, Production And Factory Testing (Fat), Installation, Sat, Documentation And Training. The Hpu Must Be Delivered Complete In A Noise-Insulated Container. Todays System. The Current System That The Acquisition Will Replace: We Have 1 Hpu Which Supplies 2 X Working Winches (2 X 90 L/Min) Top Drive (60L/Min) Iron Roughneck (200 L/Min) And A Separate Hpu For Rig Skidding. We Have 3 Liners, 1 = Topdrive 2 = Working Winch. 3 = Iron Roughneck. We Want Proposals For The Design Of A Complete Facility That Replaces The Existing 2 Hpus In A System, According To Current Standards And Requirements, And Which Meets The Clients Needs.
