To Be Renewed As Per Sample:-(A) Soap Dispenser Deteriorated And Uprooted. Qty- 06 Nos., Make-Jaguar(B) Water Leakage From Health Faucets. Qty- 06 Nos., Make-Jaguar(C) Water Leakage From Hot Water Hose. Qty-10 Nos., Length-0.5 Mtr Each.(D) Head Shower (Qty-04 Nos) And Hand Shower (Qty-02 Nos) Deteriorated. Make-Jaguar(E) Soap Stand Deteriorated And Uprooted. Qty- 04 Nos., Make-Jaguar(F) Gate Valve Handle Defective, Qty -05 2 H-798:-Annual Servicing Of Inflatable Life Jackets (Hdlj) Falling Due On Apr 26. To Be Serviced And Valid Certificate To Be Provided. Total Qty- 53 Nos.Note- All Co2 Cartridge To Be Replaced. 3 H-801: Ship’S Coaming At Various Places In Weather Deck Observed Numerous Pin Holes And Deteriorated Due Corrosion. Coaming To Be Renewed As Per Sample. Mat- Ms Pipe, Length- 15 Mtrs And Dia- 40 Mm Approx.
