Tenders are invited for Procurement of Recharge Cards. Akkarouna is a women-led, non-governmental organization operating in the North and Akkar governorates of Lebanon. The organization is committed to promoting socio-economic development through the empowerment of women, children, and youth. Akkarouna works to build capacities, strengthen community networks, implement sustainable development projects, ensure gender mainstreaming, and raise awareness on key social issues. Over the past years, the organization has implemented programs under six main pillars: Protection Social Stability Governance Health Education Livelihood These sectors are complemented by an Emergency Response Unit responsible for preparedness and rapid response to emergencies across Lebanon. To date, Akkarouna has successfully implemented more than 60 projects, serving vulnerable and underserved communities. VISION Empowered women, children, and youth in a just and green society. Akkarouna is seeking to procure recharge cards for its projects/programs. How to apply SUBMISSION OF BID PAPER SUBMISSION In case of submission of a hard copy, the procedure shall be as follows: Bids must be submitted to one of the following offices: Akkar Office: Akkar, Menyara, Youssef Salloum Building, 2nd Floor Tripoli Office: Tripoli, Dam w Farez, Jana Residence Building, 5th Floor Bids must be submitted in one sealed outer envelope addressed to Akkarouna at the above-mentioned office. The outer envelope must clearly indicate the tender reference number: ITB/004/004/2026 and must not contain any other identifying information about the bidder. All supporting documents must be placed in separate clearly labeled inner envelopes, which are then enclosed within the main sealed envelope. IMPORTANT The Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal must be submitted in separate envelopes. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in disqualification.
