Proof that Company has been Established and Providing Similar Services for at Least 3 Years, from Tenders Date; Proof that Company is Registered and Licensed by the Government of Lebanon (Gol) to Provide Such Services; Dully Filled, Signed and Stamped Terms of Reference Annex a, to Confirm the Full Acceptance of the Stated Points; List of Current or Previous Clients of Similar Services, including Any Un Agencies or Ngos, with Contact Details; Any Quality Certificates; The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Beirut invites qualified and eligible vendors, registered with the Government of Lebanon, to make firm offers for the establishment of a frame agreement for the provision of international courier services for UNHCR Lebanon, for initial duration of two years with possibility of extension for additional one year (hereinafter referred to as the Services).
