1.1. The Subject Of The Proceedings Is To Perform A Task Involving The Combination Of Several Investment Elements In Order To Finally Solve And Use The Entire Facility Within The Framework Of Convergence As To The Conditions And Functions Of Use. Each Of The Tasks Concerns Increasing The Functionality Of The Use Of The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point In Kuryłówka (Pszok). The Task Is Divided Into Five Parts, Each Containing A Different Type Of Order, Provided That They Concern One Facility.1.1.1. Part 1 - Task No. 4 - Delivery Of Pszok Equipment. Part Of The Delivery Will Enable Improvement Of Working Conditions, Staff Safety, And Will Increase The Overall Availability Of Pszok. Organization Of Technical Facilities With Technical Equipment In Order To Improve The Functionality Of The Entire Pszok And Enable The Preparation Of Items For Reuse. Additional Containers Will Help In The Proper Storage Of Waste.1.1.2. A Task Is A Combination Of Order Tasks In Parts, Each Of Which Is A Separate Part Of The Order. Part 1 Of This Procedure Is An Element Of Task No. 4 Selected From The Previous Procedure For The Entire Contract That Was Not Resolved In The First Round (Without Part 4). However, As Parts 2 And 3, New Elements From The Entire Order Not Yet Involved In The Procedures Were Added.1.1.3. Technical Details Regarding The Minimum Requirements Are Included In Three Annexes To The Swz, Each For One Part Of The Task.1.2. The Scope Includes Minimum Quantities And Conditions As Well As Minimum Requirements Indicated And Described In The Technical Documentation Attached To The Procedure, Technical Descriptions And Explanations And Responses Of The Ordering Party During The Procedures. An Integral Element Is Also The Swz, In Particular Section Ii, With A Description Of Elements Not Included In The Technical Documents Or Not Precisely Written Down If There Is A Need To Specify Them In Detail.1.3. The Ordering Party Will Accept Equivalent Means Of Evidence (Not Required Directly In The Proceedings But During Implementation) If They Confirm That The Supplies Offered Meet The Requirements, Features Or Criteria Specified By The Ordering Party, Which The Contractor Must Demonstrate Before The Actual Implementation Of The Task In A Given Scope. Maintaining The Basic Parameters And Requirements Of Materials And Devices And Their Conditions Of Use Are Also Described In The Swz. 1.4. Material Or Device Cards, As Well As Certificates, Must Be Presented Before Installation For Approval. Material Not Approved Is Subject To The Contractors Responsibility. 1.5. All Materials And Devices Must Be Approved For Trading On The European Market, Otherwise, If This Fact Is Not Confirmed, The Ordering Party Will Assume That The Contractor Is Not Performing The Contract In Accordance With The Terms And Conditions. The Ordering Party May Request Confirmation At Any Time And For Each Element. 1.6. The Place Of Execution Or Receipt Of Elements For All Parts Of The Task Is
