1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works In The Scope Of Modernization Of The Helicopter Landing Pad Of The Provincial Hospital In Bielsko-Biała, Ul. Armii Krajowej 101, 43-316 Bielsko-Biała In Order To Adapt The Landing Site To The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Regarding The Hospital Emergency Department. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Execution Of Construction Works To Create A Temporary Helipad For Helicopters, Which Will Be Used By The Ordering Party During The Reconstruction Of The Existing Helipad; 2) Obtaining A Decision From The Air Rescue Service (Lpr) Allowing The Temporary Helipad To Be Used; 3) Execution Of Construction Works For The Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Existing Helipad Of The Provincial Hospital In Bielsko-Biała After The Construction And Commissioning Of The Helipad Temporary;4) Updating The Operational Manual Of The Landing Field, The Rescue Plan, Making All Necessary Arrangements, Preparing Full Registration Documentation For The Modernized Landing Field;5) Registering The Rebuilt Landing Field Allowing Its Use And Submitting A Notice Of Completion Of Construction To The District Construction Supervision Inspectorate For The City Of Bielsko-Biała;6) Dismantling The Temporary Landing Field After Putting The Rebuilt One Into Operation Landing Strips.3.
