The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For Design Services And Construction Works In The Design And Build Mode, For The Task Entitled: Construction Of The Orlik 2025 Sports Complex With A Fitness Playground In Krasne Potockie. The Subject Of The Order Is Co-Financed By The Fund For The Development Of Physical Culture. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Development Of Complete Design Documentation Along With The Necessary Opinions, Relevant Permits, Arrangements, Notifications, Decisions (Including Pnb Decisions/Certificates Of No Objection To The Intention To Perform Construction Works), Etc., And The Implementation Of Construction Works In The Scope Of: 1) Construction Of A Synthetic Grass Football Field; 2) Construction Of A Multi-Purpose Sports Field With A Surface Polyurethane;3) Construction Of A Fitness Playground;4) Construction Of Lighting For The Complex;5) Construction Of A Fence For The Complex And Ball Catches;6) Construction Of Sanitary And Locker Room Facilities For The Complex;7) Purchase Of A Set Of Equipment For A Football Pitch And A Multi-Purpose Pitch;8) Equipping The Complex With Bicycle Racks;9) Necessary Landscaping And Installations. The Contractor Must Offer: 1) At Least A 3-Year Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Of The Order;2) A 5-Year Period Warranty For The Entire Subject Of The Order. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program, Which Constitutes Appendix No. 8 To The Swz. The Conditions Of The Order Execution Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Appendix No. 7 To The Swz.
