The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In Thermal Modernization And Renovation Of The Roof Of The Properties Included In The Office Complex Of The Katowice Forest District In Katowice - Main Building, Ul. Kijowska 37B. 3.2. The Subject Of The Order Has Not Been Divided Into Parts (Tasks). The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts Because All Construction, Installation And Renovation Works Form A Functionally And Technologically Coherent Whole. The Implementation Of The Works Requires Close Inter-Industry Coordination, Especially In The Field Of Central Heating And Electrical Installations And General Construction Works. Splitting The Order Could Lead To Dispersion Of Responsibility, Increased Risk Of Collisions And Delays. Carrying Out All The Works By One Contractor Will Ensure Technical Consistency, Safety And Proper Integration Of The New Heat Source With The Existing Infrastructure. For These Reasons, The Ordering Party Decided That Not Dividing The Order Is The Most Rational Solution.3.3. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1. The Scope Of Works Includes: Works Related To Building Insulation, Works Related To Internal Installations; Expected Works: General Construction Works; Installation Works (Internal Installations In The Building), Finishing Works; Installation Of Devices. The Scope Of Construction Works Also Includes The Replacement Of The Existing Roof Covering. As Part Of The Planned Investment, It Is Envisaged To Carry Out A Renovation Of The Roof Of The Main Administration Building, The Aim Of Which Is To Improve The Technical Condition Of Selected Finishing Elements Of The Facility. The Planned Activities Include, In Particular, The Modernization Of Roof Elements (Without Changing The Structure And Angle Of The Roof) And Selected Technical Installations, While Maintaining The Current Function Of The Facility. The Basic Scope Of The Construction Project Are Design Changes Covering The Main Administrative Building Of The Katowice Forest District In The Scope Of: Scope [A] - Applies To The Main Building: − Works Related To Partial Insulation Of Selected Building Partitions In Accordance With The Investors Assumptions; − Works Related To The Dismantling Of The Existing Central Heating Installation. In The Building: Radiators And Piping; − Works Related To The Implementation Of A New Central Heating Installation.
