The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others, Replacement Of Damaged Drainage Elements, Milling Of The Asphalt Surface, Stabilization Of The Subgrade, Construction Of An Asphalt Surface With A Binding And Wearing Course, Construction Of Roadsides. The Contractor Must Offer At Least A 3-Year Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Of The Order; The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Which Constitute Annex No. 7 To The Swz And Annex No. 8 To The Swz. The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
