1. The Subject Of The Orders Is The Partial Renovation Of Bituminous Surfaces, Performed By Sprinkling Binder And Incorporating Aggregate, Repairing Longitudinal And Transverse Cracks In Bituminous Surfaces By Sealing Them On District Roads Administered By The District Road Administration In Mielec In 2026.2. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In Chapter Iii Of This Tor - In Accordance With The Bid Cost Estimate - Annex No. 1 And The List Of Roads - Annex No. 3. The Works That Are The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex No. 2. Of Chapter Iii. The Ordering Party Requires A Guarantee And Warranty For The Works Performed For A Period Ranging From 3 To 6 Months.3. The Contractor Is Responsible For Properly Securing The Work Area And Is Responsible For Any Damage Caused To The Ordering Party And Third Parties. The Contractor Is Obliged To Tidy Up The Area After Completing The Works;4. The Subject Of The Order Is Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order;5. Whenever In The Swz And Annexes To The Swz, Order Documentation, In All Items In Which There Are Trademarks, Patents Or Sources Of Origin Of Materials Or Devices, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Materials Or Devices, I.E. With No Worse Technical Parameters, And The Indicated Products Or Devices Should Be Treated As Exemplary Solutions. The Concept Of Equivalence Should Be Understood As Meaning That They Will Guarantee The Execution Of The Order In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order And Will Ensure That Technical Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Technical Documentation. In Cases Where The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Refers To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And The Technical Reference System Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And 3 Of The Pzp, When Ordering, The Ordering Party Shall Indicate In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4, That It Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. The Obligation To Include In The Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Technical Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And To Demonstrate The Provision Of Equivalence Parameters Lies With The Contractor. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Present, Along With The Offer, Evidence Of The Equivalence Of The Products Offered By Him In Relation To Those Specified In The Technical Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (E.G. Product Catalog Cards, Technical Descriptions, Technical Documentation). If The Contractor Does Not Indicate Any Information In This Regard In The Tender Form And Does Not Submit Evidence Of The Equivalence Of The Offered Solutions, The Ordering Party Will Assume That The Contractor Will Not Use Equivalent Solutions During The Implementation Of The Subje
