The Subject Of The Order Is To Adapt The Rural Community Center In Rutki Marszewice To The Needs Of Residents By Performing Thermal Modernization And Construction Works In The Building Of The Rural Community Center In Rutki Marszewice. The Order Is Co-Financed By The European Agricultural Fund For Rural Development, Strategic Plan For The Common Agricultural Policy For 2023-2027 (Ps Cap 2023-2027). The Construction Works To Be Performed Include: - Preparatory Work, - Checking And Preparing The Wall Surfaces (Filling Gaps, Priming The Substrate), - Dismantling Window Joinery, - Dismantling Door Joinery. Exterior, - Dismantling And Removal Of Suspended Ceiling Elements Made Of Soffit, - Insulating The External Walls Of The Above-Ground Storey With Polystyrene, - Insulating The Roof With Wool, - Replacing Window Frames In The Existing Light, - Replacing External Door Joinery In The Existing Light, - All Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of All The Above-Mentioned Works. A Detailed Description Is Included In The Appendices To The Swz: - Design Documentation, - A Site Visit Is Recommended In The Field Note. Any Indications Of Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin Of Materials Used In The Documentation Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Should Be Treated As Information Material.
