The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation And Construction Works Including The Construction Of A Complete Warehouse Building With Internal And External Installations And The Necessary Equipment For The Public Order Entitled: Construction Of A Warehouse Building Of The Municipal Headquarters Of The State Fire Service In Świętochłowice For The Needs Of Civil Protection Equipment In The Design And Build Formula, Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Contract Or Investment.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 2.1. Developing Design Documentation And Obtaining The Appropriate Administrative Decision Allowing For The Execution Of The Order;2.2. Execution Of Construction Works Including The Construction Of A Complete Warehouse Building With Installations: Water Supply (Internal And External Installations), Sewage, Mechanical Ventilation, Central Heating, Gas And Electricity (Including: Video Monitoring, Lighting, Emergency Lighting, Lightning Protection, Telecommunications);2.3. Execution Of Construction Works Including The Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation With Energy Storage, As Well As A Heat Pump And Land Development;2.4. Delivery Of Necessary Equipment.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Procurement Documents Within The Meaning Of Art. 7 Point 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, Including The Specification Of Procurement Conditions (Swz), Prepared In The Course Of The Proceedings, And The Following Documents: 3.1. Functional And Utility Program Within The Meaning Of Art. 103 Section 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law Together With Annexes And3.2.
