1. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Following Works: 1) Dismantling And Disposal Of The Hydraulic Lift Currently Located In The Elevator Shaft; 2) Reconstruction And Widening Of The Elevator Shaft Located In The Staircase, Including, Among Others: Demolition Of The Wall Between The Elevator Shaft And The Engine Room, Construction Of A New Wall In Order To Obtain The Minimum Dimension Of The Shaft Intended For A Passenger Lift For People With Disabilities, I.E. 1650 X 1750 Mm; 3) Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of A New Passenger Lift (Year Of Production Not Older Than 2025); 4) Conducting User Training In The Operation Of The Lift. 5) Obtaining The Approval Of The Office Of Technical Inspection For The Assembly Of The Lift, Including The Preparation Of Appropriate Substantive Documentation. 6) Obtaining The Decision Of The Office Of Technical Inspection Allowing The Operation Of The Lift Along With Its Registration (Fees Related To Obtaining The Decision Are Borne By The Contractor). 7) Providing Free Repairs And Warranty Service To The Ordering Party For The Period Of The Granted Warranty, Not Shorter Than 60 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order. During The Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Perform All Inspections And Maintenance Works Of The Lift Free Of Charge, Including Carrying Out Necessary Inspections In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Manufacturer Of The Lifting Device Resulting From The Technical Data Sheets Of The Installed Devices And The Regulations Regarding The Operation Of The Lift And The Requirements Of The Office Of Technical Inspection. 8) Provision Of Spare Parts For A Period Of Min. 10 Years From The Date Of Receipt Of The Device By The Office Of Technical Inspection.9) Securing The Dismantling Area On Each Floor Of The Pcpr Building - Including After Removing The Lift, Against Access By Third Parties And Securing The Area At Each Stage Of The Works;10) Cleaning Up The Work Area And The Adjacent Area, Occupied Or Used By The Contractor, Including Renovation Of Facilities, Surfaces Or Installations Destroyed Or Damaged As A Result Of The Works, At The Contractors Own Expense.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 9 To The Swz - Substantive Documentation And Annex No. 10 To The Swz - Bill Of Quantities. A Detailed Description Of The Required Parameters Of The Passenger Lift Is Included In Annex No. 1A To The Swz - Material Form. 3. All Works Must Be Performed With Particular Care, In Accordance With Construction Practice, System Technology, Recommendations Of The Technical Supervision And In Accordance With The Contract, Polish Standards Transposing European Standards Or Standards Of Other Member States Of The European Economic Area And This Tor.
