1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization (Reconstruction) Of The Access Road To Agricultural Land In Turobin. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of: A) Surfaces; B) Roadside. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Bill Of Quantities, Stwiorb And Technical Documentation Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz. 4. The Contractor Is Responsible For Providing Surveying And Post-Construction Surveying Services, Including The Location Of The Facility On The Ground. 5. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Order In Accordance With Applicable Law, The Ordering Partys Requirements Contained In The Order Documents And In Accordance With The Submitted Offer, In Particular With Due Care, Safety, Good Quality, Proper Organization And The Provisions Of The Concluded Contract. 6. The Works Referred To Above Should Be Performed Using The Contractors Materials. 7. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Waste Generated In The Course Of Its Own Work And For The Proper Manner Of Handling It, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 797) And The Act Of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 1219, As Amended). 8. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of The Works Performed And The Materials Used. 9. The Subject Of The Order Offered By The Contractor Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Swz. All Trademarks, Patents Or Origins Indicated In The Swz Documentation Should Be Treated As Examples And Such Indications Are Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. 10. The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Prove In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 11. It Is Recommended That Contractors Evaluate The Facts, Documents And Information Regarding This Procedure. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain All Information Necessary To Properly Prepare The Offer, Check And Verify The Tender Materials, And Immediately Inform The Ordering Party About Any Errors Or Omissions. The Ordering Party Will Not Accept Any Claims Or Comments Due To Errors Or Inaccuracies In The Swz After The Deadline For Submitting Any Comments To The Content Of The Swz. 12. The Ordering Party Informs That The Submission Of An Offer Does Not Have To Be Preceded By An On-Site Visit Or Checking The Documents Relating To The Order At The Ordering Partys Disposal, Which Will Be Made Available To Entities Willing To Participate In The Procedure. 13. The Minimum Required Warranty Period For Works Is 36 Months From The Date Indicated In The Final Acceptance Protocol. The Contractor May Propose A Longer Period, Extending The Minimum Period By An Additional 24 Months. This Will Be Taken Into Account When
