The Subject Of The Order Includes Construction Works Consisting In The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The District Road No. 3921E Przedbórz-Skotniki-Jaksonek-Radonia-Błogie Szlacheckie On A Length Of 448.5 M - Stage Iii. The Contractor Is Obliged To Reconstruct The Existing District Road, Including Widening The Existing Road And Strengthening The Structure Of The Road Surface And Ground Shoulders. The Scope Of Works Includes A 448.5 M Long Road Section From Km 32+405 To Km 32+853.5. The Entire Scope Of The Planned Works Is Within The Boundaries Of The Existing Road, I.E. Plot With Registration Number 205, Jaksonki District. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Made Of The Contractors Materials. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In The Annex To The Swz, I.E.: Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 11, Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 12 To The Swz, Permanent Traffic Organization Design Constituting Annex No. 13 To The Swz And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Constituting Annex No. 14 To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwior).
