The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is As Follows: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Part I Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1A To The Swz (Annex No. 1 To The Contract) 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Sst) - Annex No. 1B To The Swz, Including: A) D - M - 00.00.00 - General Requirements, B) D - 05/03/05A - Asphalt Concrete Surface. Wearing Layer According To Wt-1 And Wt-2, C) D - 05/03/17 - Partial Renovation Of Asphalt Surfaces; 3) Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 5 To Swz.3. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Guarantee And Warranty For Defects For The Completed Construction Works For A Period Of At Least 12 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works. (The Final Warranty And Warranty Period For Defects Will Result From The Contractors Offer).
