The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Including: Renovation Of Vertical Insulation Of Basement Walls Together With The Implementation Of Renovation Plasters Inside The Building Of The District Court In Głubczyce At Ul. Kochanowskiego 1 Which Are The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed In An Operational Building, Covered By The Decision On The Building Permit - Decision No. 206/2025 Of December 17, 20252. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Agreement, Including: Scope, Characteristics Of The Works And Technical Parameters, Was Specified In The Design Documentation, Maintenance And Repair Program And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And In The Bill Of Quantities. The Bill Of Quantities Is An Auxiliary Document For The Offer Valuation.3. Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Agreement Within The Scope Of The Basic Order Includes, Among Others, The Following Works:3.1. From Approx. 1.40 M; D) Excavation Around The Building E) Dismantling The Existing Pavement, Slabs And Concrete Edges For Disposal; F) Removal And Disposal Of Rubble Together With The Fee; G) Securing The Excavations With System Formwork; H) Chipping Away Damp Plasters On The Walls; I) Making Plasters From Renovation Mineral Mortars By Absorbing Harmful Salts Contained In The Walls;J) Arranging A Perimeter Drainage;K) Sealing The Wall With Mineral Sludge;L) Installing Pvc 315 Inspection Chambers And Connecting Them To The Existing Sewage System;M) Backfilling The Excavations With Vapor-Permeable Material - A Layer Of Sand And Gravel;N) Restoring The Existing Surface With Paving Stones And Concrete Edges, Including The Structural Base: 10 Cm Of Stabilization Cement-Sand Rm = 5/7 Mpa, 25 Cm Of Greywacke Stone Mixture 0.31.5 Mm, Stone Fine Grit. 3Cm, Existing Slabs.
