The Subject Of The Order Are Works In The Field Of Road Renovation, Culverts And Drainage Using Mechanical Equipment (Backhoe Loader, Mini-Excavator, Truck - Dumper) In The Międzylesie Commune In 2026, Including: A) Backhoe Loader Works On Hardening Dirt Roads And Agricultural Transport (Trenching, Road Profiling, Aggregate Planting, Soil Loading) B) Works Backhoe Loader During Culvert Renovations (Digging The Culvert, Loading Soil, Backfilling The Culvert)C) Mechanical Digging Of Ditches, Drainage, Grading With A Mini-Excavatord) Elimination Of Defects In Bituminous Surfaces With Asphalt Mixtures) Removal Of Soil And Transport Of Aggregate By Truck.2. In The Tender Form, The Contractor Indicates The Cost Of Man-Hour Work Of The Backhoe Loader, Mechanical Digging Of Ditches And The Cost Of Transport 1 Km, While The Costs Of Materials And Labor Costs Will Be Each Time Specified In Orders Based On Cost Estimates. 3. Joining The Above-Mentioned The Work Will Take Place Within 24 Hours From The Moment The Order Is Submitted To The Contractor.4. With All Of The Above. During The Work, The Contractor Will Use Materials With Certificates And Declarations Of Conformity.5. The Ordering Party Provides Its Own Crushed Stone And Unsorted Material Necessary To Harden Roads And Culverts.6. The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Instructions For Marking Works Carried Out In The Road, I.E. The Traffic Organization Plan. 7. The Contractors Base Should Be Located In The Międzylesie Commune.8. The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law, The Act Of April 16, 2004 - On Construction Products, And The Applicable Polish Construction Standards. 9. The Works Must Be Carried Out In A Way That Allows Access To The Property For Residents And City Services.10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop And Implement Traffic Organization And Secure The Works For The Duration Of The Renovation On Its Own. 11. Settlement Of Remuneration For The Work Will Be Based On The Acceptance Report. 12. For The Above-Mentioned Works, The Contractor Provides The Ordering Party With A Warranty For A Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol. Subcontracting1. The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor(S). 2. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Parts Of The Order.3. The Ordering Party Requires That In The Event Of Entrusting Part Of The Order To Subcontractors, The Contractor Should Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order The Performance Of Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide (If Known To Him At This Stage) The Names (Companies) Of These Subcontractors.
