The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Maintenance Services For Sterilization Devices In Stock At The Specialist Hospital. Dr. Alfred Sokołowski In Wałbrzych For A Period Of 24 Months. As Part Of The Order, The Work Performed Will Consist In Maintaining Full Technical And Operational Efficiency Of Medical Apparatus And Equipment And Will Include: - Periodic Technical Inspections And Maintenance Specified By The Manufacturer, - Travel, Diagnosis, Calibration And Repairs Along With The Replacement Of Damaged Parts, - Safety Check And Control, - Software And Structure Modifications Recommended By The Manufacturer To Improve Work Efficiency And Safety, - Repair Time Without The Use Of Spare Parts - Up To 3 Business Days, - Repair Time Using Spare Parts - Up To 7 Business Days. The Scope Of Work Depends On The Requirements Of The Manufacturer Of The Medical Device. Authorization Certificate In Accordance With The Manufacturers Declaration. Parts Used For Repairs Must Be Brand New And Approved For Use By The Manufacturer Of The Device. Due To The Nature Of The Order, The Contractor Who Has The Manufacturers Authorization, Confirmed By The Manufacturers Statement, Will Receive Additional Points When Evaluating The Offers. A Further And Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In Annex No. 1 To The Specification Of Terms Of Order (Hereinafter Referred To As: Swz). The Performance Of Technical Inspection And Repairs Must Be Confirmed By An Appropriate Entry In The Technical Passport Along With The Contractors Legible Signature And The Issuance Of A Service Report (Card).
