Task 1 - Critical Parameters Analyzer - 1 Set. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Critical Parameters Analyzer - 1 Set. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 1.1 To Swz.2. The Scope Of Activities And Tasks Of The Contractor As Part Of The Performance Of The Subject Of This Contract: A) Delivery (Transport, Shipment Insurance) Of The Subject Of The Contract To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party In Dęblin, Ul. Szpitalna 2;B) Installation And Commissioning Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Offer;C) Training Of The Ordering Partys Employees In The Operation Of The Supplied Equipment. Increasing The Level Of Knowledge Of Staff That Will Allow For The Safe Use Of The Equipment And All Its Parameters, As Well As Its Operation In Accordance With The Manufacturers Recommendations. The Training Is To Be Completed With The Issuance Of Certificates Confirming The Acquisition Of The Necessary Skills In A Given Field; D) Providing The Ordering Party, Along With The Delivery, With An Operating Manual In Polish For The Apparatus And Equipment That Is The Subject Of The Contract, And The Manual Should Be In The Form Of An Original Company Publication Of The Manufacturer Or Authorized Representative; E) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Device Passports With The Delivery Of The Equipment.
