The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Collection And Management Of 1,300 Mg Of Stabilized Municipal Sewage Sludge With The Code 19 08 05 From The Sewage Treatment Plant In Równe At Ul. Jarzębinowa 38, In Compliance With The Requirements Specified In The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of February 6, 2015 On Municipal Sewage Sludge (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 23).2) The Given Amount Of Sludge Is Estimated And Depends On The Quantity And Quality Of Sewage Flowing Into The Treatment Plant.3) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Scope Of The Order By A Maximum Of 30% (The Ordering Party Guarantees The Execution Of At Least 70% Of The Subject Of The Order). The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Financial Claims On This Account, Including Penalties, Compensation Or Other Liabilities. 4) Sludge Collection Will Be Carried Out Successively, Ensuring Continuity Of Operation Of The Treatment Plant, In Accordance With The Dates And Quantities Reported By An Authorized Person Of The Ordering Party. The Notification Will Be Made No Later Than 1 Business Day Before The Planned Start Of Sludge Collection.5) The Ordering Party Will Enable The Collection Of Sludge At The Treatment Plant On Business Days From 7:30 A.M. To 2:00 P.M. 6) The Contractor Ensures The Transport Of Sewage Sludge Using Its Own Equipment.7) Vehicles Transporting Sludge Should Be Tight, Stable (Preventing Spilling And Leaking Of Sludge), And Technically Efficient (In Accordance With The Act Of 20 June 1997. Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251), Clean (Without Residues Of Sediment On The Tires And Sides) And Equipped With An Easily Removable Cargo Cover (Tarpaulin). Vehicles Must Be Adapted To Transport Sewage Sludge.8) The Ordering Party Allows The Recovery Of Sludge In Accordance With The Methods Indicated In Art. 96 Section 1 Points 1-3 Of The Waste Act, I.E. Recovery Process R10.9) In The Case Of Using The Recovery Referred To In Point 8, The Contractor May Start Sludge Disposal Only After Obtaining From The Ordering Party Confirmation That The Indicated Land Meets The Requirements Regarding The Use Of Sludge. This Information Will Be Provided To The Contractor Immediately After Obtaining The Results Of The Soil Tests And Calculating The Appropriate Doses Of Sludge.10) After Transportation, The Sludge Should Be Evenly Distributed On The Surface Of The Land And Mixed With It No Later Than The Next Day After Its Delivery.11) In The Case Of Sewage Sludge Management In A Non-Agricultural Manner, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present A Current Permit For Waste Processing (Recovery, Disposal) For The Waste Covered By The Subject Of The Order, Issued By The Competent Authority Or If The Contractor Is Not An Entity Processing Waste, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate The Place Of Waste Processing Each Time Before Collecting The Waste.
