The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Type C Ambulance With Equipment (Electro-Hydraulic Stretcher With An Electric Loading System) For The Needs Of The Emergency Medical Team Of The Bielsko Emergency Medical Service.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex 1 To This Specification. 3. The Contractor Will Ensure That The Delivered Vehicle Will Be: A) Brand New, Fully Operational, Without Defects, Not A Demonstration Vehicle, Not The Subject Of Exhibition, B) Its Construction Standard Includes At Least A Medical Structure, A Main Stretcher With A Stretcher Transporter, And A Transport Chair. C) It Was Manufactured No Earlier Than 2025. (Base Vehicle), D) The Medical Body Was Completed No Earlier Than In 2026, And The Contractor Has Documents Allowing The Marketing And Use Of The Medical Equipment Of The Body, In Accordance With The Act Of April 7, 2022 On Medical Devices (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1620, As Amended), E) Ready For Use. 4. The Purchased Vehicle Must Meet, Among Others: The Following Requirements: A) The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251), Hereinafter Referred To As The Road Traffic Law; B) The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002. On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502); C) Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of December 3, 2025 Regarding The Marking Of The State Emergency Medical Services System And The Requirements For The Uniforms Of Members Of Emergency Medical Teams (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1768) Applicable To Sanitary Ambulances C;D) Standards: Pn-En 1789+A2 Or Its Replacement For The Vehicle Or Equivalent And Pn-En 1865 Or Its Replacement Or Equivalent For Patient Transport Equipment - Main Stretcher And Stretcher Carrier, Including Mounting; E) Have A Valid Ambulance Approval Certificate Or Individual Ec Type Approval Or Individual Approval Issued By The Director Of Transport Technical Supervision Of The Offered Completed Vehicle (For A Car With Its Body), Issued In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Road Traffic Law; F) Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of August 31, 2022 On Detailed Activities Of Authorities In Matters Related To The Admission Of A Vehicle To Traffic And Templates Of Documents In These Matters (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1849);G) Meet The Conditions Specified In Eu Community Legal Regulations, With Particular Emphasis On Environmental Regulations, I.E. Carbon Dioxide Emissions And Energy Consumption. 5.
