A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is: - Annex No. 1.1 To The Specification Functional And Utility Program, - Annex No. 1.2 To The Specification Technical Specification 5. This Order Is Co-Financed By The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Katowice. 6. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Warranty Service, The Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Service Have Been Specified In § 13 Of The Draft Contract. 7. Under The Concluded Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Purchase Gsm Cards And Pay Monthly Subscription Fees, For The Period Of The Granted Warranty, In Order To Maintain A Stable Gsm Connection Necessary For The Proper Functioning (Monitoring) Of The Photovoltaic Installation And Energy Storage. The Contractor Will Include These Costs In The Offer Price. 8. Immediately Before Signing The Contract, The Ordering Party Requests The Presentation Of A Document Confirming That The Contractor Is Insured Against Civil Liability (Contractual And Tortious) In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order For A Guarantee Sum Of Not Less Than Pln 500,000.00 (Together With Confirmation Of Payment Of The Premium).9.
