The Task Also Includes The Construction Of Communication Routes For Pedestrian Traffic And For Technical Service Purposes, The Construction Of Sections Of The Storm Sewage Network With Infrastructure, The Construction Of Small Architecture Elements, Lighting And Accompanying Infrastructure And Land Development. The Investment Includes: - Construction Of A Hardened Surface For Pedestrian Traffic And For The Needs Of Servicing The Area Covered By The Study (Construction Of Technical Surfaces For The Needs Of The Rain Garden), - Leveling The Area, - Construction Of A Rain Garden (Retention And Infiltration Tank With An Unsealed Bottom), - Construction Of Sections Of The Storm Sewage Network With The Necessary Infrastructure And Fittings (Outlets To/From The Tank, Sewage Wells, Non-Return Valve), - Construction Of New Elements Small Architecture Such As Benches, Seats, Waste Bins, Wooden Platforms, Etc., - Construction Of Functional Lighting, Including Installation Of 2 Solar Lamps, - Construction Of A Fence, - New Planting Of Low And High Greenery And Laying Of Lawns, - Landscaping, - Cleaning Of The Area, - Demolition Of Elements Colliding With The Planned Development Of The Area, - Management Of Existing Greenery, - Construction Of A Rainwater Pre-Treatment Plant On The Inflow To The Rain Garden. And Snowmelt, Oil Separator, If Required By Regulations. The Investment Described Above Is Planned To Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula. The Subject Of The Order Is Therefore The Task Of: Preparing Design Documentation Together With Obtaining The Necessary Opinions, All Legally Required Decisions, Arrangements And Preparing Materials For Submitting An Application In Order To Obtain A Building Permit And Obtaining Other Administrative Decisions Necessary To Complete The Investment Task Called: Construction Of A Rain Garden In Piaski And Carrying Out Construction Works On The Investment Task In Question Based On The Developed Design Documentation And Relevant Legal Provisions. The Documentation Must Be Prepared Based On The Functional And Utility Program, Which Specifies The Requirements For The Design, Implementation, Acceptance And Commissioning Of All Elements Of The Task.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program - Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
