The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task: Renovation Of The Bicycle Path In Żelisławki. Construction Works Include The Renovation Of The Destroyed Bicycle Path In The Town Of Żelisławki, Plot No. 42/3, Rębielcz Geodetic District, On A Section Of Approximately 140 M. The Scope Of The Task Includes The Renovation Of The Existing Bicycle Path On An Old Railway Embankment, Destroyed Due To Water Washing Out, Consisting In The Demolition Of The Existing Surface Structure Together With Part Of The Embankment And Its Reconstruction. A Hard Improved Pavement Structure With An Asphalt Concrete Wearing Course Is Designed. The Scope Of The Task Includes Primarily: Construction Of An Asphalt Concrete Surface, Construction Of The Substructure, And Reinforcement Of The Subsoil. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Indicated In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Constituting Annexes No. 8 And 9 To The Swz. The Subject Matter Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Conditions Set Out In This Specification Of Terms Of Order, Design Documentation, Technical Specification For Execution And Acceptance Of Works And The Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge And Construction. If The Design Documentation And The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Indicate Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin Of Materials And Devices, The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Equivalent Materials And Devices, Provided That They Guarantee Obtaining Technical And Operational Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Documentation. In Each Case, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Material Equivalent In Terms Of Significant (Main) Technical And Operational Parameters, While Maintaining At Least The Same Level Of Quality And Durability And Compatibility With Other Materials Used In The Execution Of The Order. The Contractor Will Act Under The Authority Of The Ordering Party To Obtain All Documents, Arrangements And Administrative Decisions Necessary For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order.
