The Subject Of The Order Includes The Construction Of A Prefabricated Container-Type Village Community Center Building With The Necessary Infrastructure And Equipment. 3. The Detailed Scope Of Works And The Method Of Their Execution Are Specified In The Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities And Specifications For The Technical Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Developed For The Purposes Of This Order And Constituting Annex No. 7 To This Specification.4. Required By The Ordering Party Min. Warranty Period – 3 Years. The Offer Of The Contractor Who Proposes A Warranty Period Shorter Than 3 Years Will Be Rejected As Inconsistent With Swz.5. If The Contractor Does Not Offer Any Warranty Period In The Offer Form (I.E. Leaves The Declaration Regarding The Offered Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Of The Order Blank), It Will Receive 0 (Zero) Points In The Warranty Period Criterion, And The Ordering Party Will Assume That The Contractor Offers A 3-Year Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Order, Counting From The Date Of Final Acceptance.6. Pursuant To The Content Of Art. 102 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Informs That The Requirements Referred To In The Cited Provision Are Specified In Annex No. 7 To This Specification.7. If The Ordering Party Has Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters, Etc. 8. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards. 9.
