1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Access Road To Agricultural Land Located On Plot No. 785/10 In The Town Of Łęg Tarnowski.2) The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Complementing The Substructure With Crushed Aggregateb) Making A Road Surface With Paving Stonesc) Laying Curbsd) Adapting Exits To The Road3) In Addition, A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In:  Bill Of Quantities Works - Annex No. 4 To The Swz  Design Documentation - Annex No. 5 To The Swz,  Stwiorb - Annex No. 6 To The Swz,  Designed Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 7 To The Swz4) The Principle Of Lump Sum Remuneration Is Adopted In The Draft Contractual Provisions, So The Bill Of Quantities Included In The Order Documentation Is Also Intended To Enable The Valuation Of Individual Elements Of The Works.5) The Ordering Party Expects The Contractor Is Required To Provide The Price For The Execution Of The Order As A Lump Sum Price, Which Includes The Execution Of All Elements Of The Order That Are The Subject Of The Drawing And Text Of The Order Documents, Including Vat Applicable On The Date Of Submission Of The Offer.6) Before Signing The Contract With The Selected Contractor, The Ordering Party Requests That He Present A Simplified Offer Cost Estimate, Prepared On The Basis Of The Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Stwiorb And A Possible Site Visit Carried Out By The Contractor.7) Moreover, As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Is To: A) Ensure That People With Qualifications In The Specialties Necessary To Properly Perform The Entrusted Task Are To Manage The Works And Keep An Investment Implementation Log Or Construction Log (If Necessary) In Cooperation With The Supervision Inspector (If Appointed) B) Mark And Secure The Work Site And Constantly Monitor The Marking And Ensure That It Covers The Actually Occupied Work Zone. C) After Completing The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Liquidate The Above-Mentioned. Markings. D) Requesting The Managers Of Networks Colliding With The Scope Of Works To Agree On The Scope Of Works In The Road And To Pay For The Supervision Of The Operators Of Underground And Above-Ground Utilities Networks (If Necessary), E) All Materials From Disassembly And Demolition Works, Suitable For Re-Use, As Decided By The Ordering Party And The Supervision Inspector, The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure And Submit To The Ordering Party.
