1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of The Area In Order To Create A Recreation Area In The Form Of A Playground. The Facility Is Located In Pogrzybów, Plot No. 167/13. The Playground Will Consist Of The Following Elements: - Large Designed Play Set, - Single Rocker - Existing - To Be Moved, - Storks Nest Swing - Existing - To Be Moved, - Play Set With Slides - Existing, - Storks Nest Swing - Existing, - Hanging Balance Beam - Existing, - Storks Nest Swing - Existing, - Storks Nest Swing - Existing - To Be Moved, - Waste Bin - Existing - To Be Moved, - Waste Bin - Existing - To Be Moved, - Double-Leaf Panel Gate, Width 2 X 1.25 M - Designed, - Single-Leaf Panel Gate, 1.25 M Wide - Designed, - Panel Fence With Safe Completion - Design, - Playground Regulations The Detailed Scope And Type Of Work To Be Performed As Part Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In: A) Design Documentation B) Bill Of Quantities (Bill Of Quantities Is An Auxiliary Element For The Preparation Of The Offer) Note The Design Documentation May Indicate Trademarks Or Origin For Some Materials And Devices. The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Public Procurement Law Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers, And All Goods Specified In The Documentation, From Specific Producers, Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Characteristics That The Goods Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party. By The Provision Regarding The Minimum Quality Parameters Of The Requirements, The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements Of The Goods Contained In Publicly Available Sources, Catalogs And Manufacturers Websites. The Use Of Exemplary Manufacturers Names Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of Expectations Of The Ordering Party In Relation To A Specific Solution. When Describing The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Indicates The Name Of A Specific Manufacturer (Supplier) Or A Specific Product, And Also Allows Equivalent Products With Quality Parameters And Functional Features, At Least At The Level Of The Parameters Of The Indicated Product, Thus Accepting Every Product With The Indicated Parameters Or Better. The Use Of Manufacturer/Product Names Is For Example Purposes Only. The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law Allows Contractors To Use Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In This Tor. A Contractor Who In His Offer Refers To The Use Of Equivalent Solutions Described In The Swz Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Construction Works He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers.
