1. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, Multi-Disciplinary Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Footbridge Over The Ner River Should Be Prepared In Accordance With The Attached Functional And Utility Program As Part Of The Task Titled: Application Of Nbs To Ease Agricultural Impact On Water Resources In The Face Of Climate Change. The Subject Of The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Life Riverease Project And Is An Element Of The Demonstration Park Planned For Implementation As Part Of The Wp8 Work Package Of The Project. The Footbridge Will Be Part Of A Comprehensive Demonstration Project Presenting Nature-Based Solutions (Nbs) And Climate Change Adaptation Activities In The Ner River Catchment. The Design Documentation Should Take Into Account The Context Of Adaptation To Climate Change, In Particular: A) The Facilitys Resistance To Extreme Phenomena (Floodwaters, Intense Rainfall, Periodic Flooding), B) Minimizing Interference With The River Bed And Banks, C) Applying Solutions Limiting The Negative Impact On Water And Soil Conditions, D) Integrating The Facility With Activities Increasing Landscape Retention Within The Demonstration Park. 2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, Comprehensive Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Must Be Prepared In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program, Including In Particular: 1) Construction Design With Accompanying Industries - 4 Copies, 2) Geotechnical Documentation - 4 Copies, 3) Executive Designs - 4 Copies,4) Bills Of Quantities - 2 Copies,5) Investors Cost Estimates - 2 Copies,6) Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - 2 Copies,7) Situational And Height Map For Design Purposes,8) Electronic Version Of The Above-Mentioned Studies (Doc/Rtf/Pdf Format), A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Constituting Annex No. 12 To Swz And In The Technical Documentation - Constituting Annex No. 13 To The Swz.
