1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Book Distribution Service Of The University Of Silesia Publishing House. 2) The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) The Contractors Sale Of The Ordering Partys Books For Further Distribution In The Distribution System For Bookselling Entities Located Throughout Poland; B) The Contractors Provision To The Ordering Party Of Comprehensive Book Sales Services, I.E.: - Warehouse Services (Receiving Deliveries, Storing And Inventorying Books); - Logistics Services (Shipping Services). And Returns Of Books); - Marketing Services Within The Scope Of The Contractors Own Activities; C) Establishing And Running An Online Bookstore For Individual Customers, Acting On Behalf Of The Ordering Party. The Scope Of The Contractors Responsibilities Includes In Particular: Design And Launch Of The Website, Preparation Of Graphic Design, Ongoing Maintenance And Functional Support Of The Website, Settlements With Retail Customers, As Well As Execution Of Orders, Including Completion, Packaging And Shipping Using The Contractors Logistic Means.3) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 2 To The Swz; 4) Deadline For Order Completion: The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented Successively Within A Period Of 36 Months From The Conclusion Of The Contract Or Until The Amount That The Ordering Party Intends To Allocate To Finance The Order (Contract Value) Is Exhausted, Depending On Which Of The Above-Mentioned Events Occurs First.
