The Works Will Be Carried Out In The Lębork Forest District In Connection With The Reconstruction Of Railway Line No. 229 On The Lębork - Łeba Section (Section 1A, Km From 102+000 To 127+519, Project Km From 102-000 To 127+396), As Part Of The Project: Providing Rail Access To The Lubiatowo - Kopalino Nuclear Power Plant. The Investment Is Being Carried Out On The Basis Of The Act Of March 28, 2003 On Railway Transport (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1234, As Amended). The Felling Is Carried Out On The Basis Of The Decision Of The Voivode Of The Pomeranian Voivodeship, Ref. No. Wi-V.747.1.8.2025.Eb Of December 17, 2025.2) The Ordering Party Informs That The The Procedure Is Part Of A Larger Investment Project Consisting In Cutting Down Trees And Bushes For The Implementation Of A Railway Investment In The Lębork Forest District. A Detailed Quantitative And Assortment Description Of The Works Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Description Of The Subject Of The Order), Which Includes: - Planned Size Of Works; - Skidding Distance; - List Of Divisions With Planned Felling Of Trees And Production Of Assortments And Planned Clearing Of Undergrowth (Map 1, Map 2, Map 3, Map 4, Map 5, Map 6, Map 7, Map 8 And Map 9)4) The Material Scopes Listed In The Appendices Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Are Estimates.5) Quality Standards Relating To All Important Features Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Set Out In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Description Of The Technology Standard Execution Of Works.
