The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Ordering Party Cannot Award This Contract In Parts, Each Of Which Would Constitute A Separate Subject Of The Contract Due To The Fact That Dividing The Order Would Pose A Risk For The Ordering Party Of Improper Performance Of The Contract - The Components Of The Subject Of The Contract Constitute A Functional Whole.
