The Subject Of The Order Is Delivery Of Equipment As Part Of The Thermal Modernization Of Ckziuwł In Piotrków Trybunalski Project, Including The Use Of Renewable Energy Sources And Adaptation To The Needs Of Disabled People. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Order In Accordance With The Principles Of Sustainable Development And Minimize The Negative Impact On The Environment At Every Stage Of Delivery, Assembly, Packaging And Transport. In Particular, The Contractor Will Ensure That The Delivered Products And The Method Of Order Execution Take Into Account: - Energy Efficiency - Electrical And Electronic Devices Must Have Low Energy Consumption Adequate To Their Functions, - Recycling And Waste Management - Packaging Should Be Limited To The Necessary Minimum And Made Of Recyclable Materials; The Contractor Will Ensure Proper Management Of Waste Generated During The Execution Of The Order, - Sustainable Materials - Products Made Of Materials With A Low Carbon Footprint, Durable, Recyclable Or Reusable Are Preferred, - Transport And Logistics - Deliveries Will Be Carried Out In A Way That Limits Emissions, Including, For Example, By Combining Transports And Using Means That Meet Current Emission Standards, - Minimizing The Environmental Impact Of Products - In Terms Of Energy Consumption, Greenhouse Gas Emissions, Water Consumption And Other Resources, - Corporate Social Responsibility – The Contractor Conducts Business In Accordance With Ethical And Social Principles And In A Manner That Does Not Violate Employee Rights.
