Tenders are invited for Agricultural Consultancy Services to Strengthen Agribusinesses and Cooperatives Capacity The Palestinian Vision Organization (PalVision) was founded in 1998 and officially registered with the Palestinian Ministry of Interior in 2000. Since its establishment, the organization has implemented a wide range of programs and projects in collaboration with various donors and partners, with the overarching goal of empowering Palestinian youth, enhancing their active participation in community development, preserving their collective national identity, and contributing to sustainable, youth-led development. PalVision adopts an integrated approach in its interventionscombining volunteerism, community initiatives, and entrepreneurship, while also strengthening youth engagement in influencing and decisionmaking processes at the local, national, and international levels. The organization also places special emphasis on children, implementing supportive education programs, psychosocial support activities, and interactive learning experiences that nurture childrens abilities and promote their overall well-being. This intervention responds to the increasing shift toward digital commerce and the need for SMEs to adapt to changing consumer behaviors and competitive market dynamics. Within this framework, Palestinian Vision (PalVision) seeks to engage a qualified agricultural consultant, firm, or specialized organization to strengthen the capacities of 91 agribusinesses and cooperatives. The assignment will focus on improving their access to business development resources, market intelligence, and tailored technical support, with a particular emphasis on integrating green and circular economic approaches into their operations. The intervention targets a total of 91 beneficiaries, including agri-entrepreneurs, cooperatives, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and agri-food processing businesses. These beneficiaries are geographically distributed across the following locations: Nablus, Jenin, Ramallah, Hebron, the Jordan Valley (Tubas and Jericho), Bethlehem, and villages in Northwest Jerusalem.
