Tenders are invited for Renovation & Upgrade Works of Operation Theater Department Project Name: for Extension & Development of Saint Joseph Hospital Rehabilitation of Operation Theater Department (OR) Jerusalem. / 1. -SAINT JOSEPH HOSPITAL JERUSALEM has received funds from Qatar Fund for Development ("QFFD") towards the cost of Extension & Development of Saint Joseph Hospital - Jerusalem CPS1285. It is intended that part of the proceeds of these funds will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for Extension & Development of Saint Joseph Hospital - Jerusalem. / Renovation & Upgrade of Operation Theater Department (OR) SAINT JOSEPH HOSPITAL JERUSALEM now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction and completion of Renovation & Upgrade of Operation Theater Department, in short ("the Works"). 2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Saint Joseph Hospital - Jerusalem, Sheikh Jarrah, Rageb Nashashibi Street 1, telephone: +972-548611180, email: project.manager@stjoseph.cc, Eng. Jaber Hamarsheh. 3. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to the above and payment of a non-refundable fee of USD 400. 4. The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of AFDs & QFFD Standard Bidding Documents: Procurement of Works. 5. A pre-bid meeting shall take place at the following date, time, and place: Date: April 30, 2026, Time: 11:00 am, Saint Joseph Hospital, Jerusalem 6. Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 2:00 PM on May 18, 2026, and must be accompanied by bid security as specified. 7. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend on May 19, 2026, at 11:00 AM Jerusalem time in the offices of Saint Joseph Hospital Jerusalem. 8. Qualification criteria are as follows: a) The contractor must have a valid registration in the Israeli contractors association (Minimum Officially Certified Category - 32 for buildings) or Palestine Grade 2 for buildings.
