The Purpose Of This Request For Proposal (“Rfp”) Is To Select One (1) Proponent To Enter Into A Contract (Appendix A) With B.C. Pavilion Corporation (“Pavco”) For The Security And Related Services At The Vancouver Convention Centre (“Services”). The Services Includes, But Is Not Limited To The Following:Expert And Professional Advice On All Aspects Of Security For The Vancouver Convention Centre (“Venue”);Provide Operational Leadership To Support And Strengthen Security Deployments.Patrolling Of The Venue To Ensure Clients And All Users Are Protected Against Fire, Theft, Vandalism, Trespassers And Accidents;Crowd Control, When Requested; Andsecurity For Events On An As, If And When Requested Basis.The Detailed Scope Of Work And Responsibilities Are Defined In Section 1. This Rfp Is Not An Invitation To Treat And Not A Tender Call Or An Offer And There Is No Intention By Pavco To Make An Offer By Releasing This Rfp.
